You may have heard that shopping on the Internet is not safe and that your credit card details, along with your name and address, are likely to be intercepted and used fraudulently. In truth this is very unlikely but the risk, no matter how small, does exist.

PadlockTo eliminate this risk we have installed a secure server link on our site. What this means, in plain English, is that when you are ready to purchase your chosen items you are taken to a screen where all of the information that you enter is encrypted before being sent making it impossible for anyone but us to read it.

You can tell that you are using a secure link in one of two ways. If you have not turned the option off in your browser a small message box will appear on your screen advising you that you are about to view pages over a secure connection which cannot be read by anyone else. Once you clear the message a small padlock symbol will be present in the bottom bar, or status bar, of your Internet browser confirming the secure nature of the page that you are viewing.

Even if you have turned this information box off, or you are using a less popular browser that does not give these warnings, you can still tell that the page you are using is secure by looking in the address bar at the top of your browser. Normally this dispalys http://thewebsiteaddress, but on a secure site the http is replaced with https. Notice the addition of an 'S' to the http? This signifies 'Secure' and means that you can enter your personal details safe in the knowledge that they cannot be used by anyone except us.


We have tried to make our site easy to navigate and make purchases from. When you see something that you wish to buy, or think that you may wish to buy, simply click the button for that product.

All of the items have a quantity box next to the button which is set to 1 by default but if you require more than a single unit you simply change this number. You can change this quantity at any point by viewing your keep net.

IMPORTANT You are not committing to a purchase by adding something to your 'Keep Net', you are simply adding it to a list of items that you may wish to buy later on.

Once you have finished browsing through our online shop click the Keep Net link which appears on the top left of all of our pages and you will be shown a complete listing of every item that you have added to your 'Keep Net'. At this point you may either remove items by clicking the button next to an item, change the quantity of an item, empty your 'Keep Net' completely or proceed to place an order. We feel that our shopping system is easy to use and understand but if you have any queries at all please do not hesitate to contact us.

  

Once you are ready to make your purchase you are asked for your personal details on our secure server, as described above, and your order is then sent to us. We will check your order and our stock availability before processing your payment. Most orders will be shipped the same day that they are received but we aim to have all orders fulfilled within 48 hours.
